This painting was a inspired by time spent on the beautiful Natal coast in South Africa, north of Durban in a town named Ballito. Ballito has a lovely boardwalk along the seafront with wonderful rocks and tidal pools along the beach. I can spend hours on this beach just admiring the oceans magnificence.
I have made a video for this painting as a mindful minutes visual relaxation for you to unwind and enjoy, as I did that day in Ballito as I watched the waves splash over the rocks and up onto the sand.
